At Watery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your swim and sports gear. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the gear is clean and has not been used in water.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
